KPFA Dead to the World (8/11/99)

David Gans hosted a Grateful Dead Hour devoted to the memory of Dick
Latvala on 8/11/99 (5 days following his death). The 2 1/2 hour program
consists of a compilation of previous interviews with Dick regarding
various Dick's Pick's releases, excerpts from those releases, and various
call in guests. The first 60 minutes of that program has been converted to
Quicktime and broken up into consecutive pieces for download as is listed
